Requesting an assisted bin collection
To qualify for an assisted bin collection you will need to meet all the following criteria:
- Be disabled or physically unable to move a wheelie bin to the designated collection point.
- Have no member of your household available to assist with taking your wheelie bin to the designated collection point.
- Provide evidence of disability or being physically unable to move a wheelie bin, if requested.
Please note we carry out regular audits to ensure applicants are eligible for this service. We reserve the right to withdraw the service at any time.
Cancelling an assisted bin collection
If your circumstances change and you no longer qualify for an assisted bin collection, please use this form to submit an online cancellation request.
