Once you've booked your collection if you need to make a change you will need to cancel and rebook.
You can rebook using this form.
You can cancel up to 10am on the day before your collection by emailing
environmental.management@rochdale.gov.uk
Once your items have been collected, we will notify you via SMS or email.
Before you start
Please make sure you have the following information available before starting the application:
- Your home address including your postcode
- A list of items you wish to be collected
- Your card details as you'll need to make an online payment
